MAHIJA operates a dedicated DSIR-approved analytical laboratory and continuous pilot testing plants. We offer full-spectrum feedstock characterization (Gas Chromatography, Karl Fischer, Rancimat, Inductively Coupled Plasma ICP, and automatic titrators) to evaluate customer-supplied waste oils, seeds, and biomass. We simulate reaction kinetics, optimize enzyme/catalyst dosing, and provide guaranteed performance figures before full-scale CAPEX deployment.
